1. How to turn on Angaar oven?

To turn on Angaar oven oven simply plug it in the 120V socket and press both switches on, placed near the door of oven.

2. How long does it take for Angaar oven to heat up?

It takes around 5 minutes for the oven to fully heat up.

3. I see smoke coming out of my oven, is it normal?

When you turn on Angaar tandoor oven for the very first time, you might notice some smoke or unusual odor which is absolutely normal and should dissipate within one or two minutes.

4. How to clean Angaar tandoor oven?

Cleaning Angaar oven is very easy and hassle free. First of all make sure oven is disconnected from wall outlet and on room temperature. Once the oven is cool often just wipe it clean with a damp sponge and then dry with a cloth of kitchen towel.

Tip: Place a piece of foil paper on the base of inside oven, that way it will catch any crumbs and you can simply replace it as necessary. That will save you plenty of cleaning time. 

5. How to store Angaar oven?

Store Angaar oven in a cool, dry place and keep away from moisture. This oven is not intended for outdoor use.

6. Why does Angaar tandoor has two switches?

Angaar oven has two switches to distribute the current flow equally and avoid heat damage.

 7. What is the refund policy on Angaar oven?

Seven days product reliability warranty applies to Angaar oven. In case product stops working, replacement unit will be provided.

8. What is warranty on Angaar oven?

Seven days product reliability warranty applies to Angaar oven. In case product stops working, replacement unit will be provided. After seven days, parts replacement will be provided until 6 months from the date of purchase. 

 9. What is temperature should I use for cooking chapati?

Keep the oven on full temperature for heating. Once the oven is fully heated, you may need to reduce temperature depending on your liking. It depends on the temperature of dough, if the dough is refrigerated you would need to keep it on higher temperature settings but if the dough is on room temperature then you may need to reduce temperature a little. 

Tip: In the beginning try different temperature settings on chapati and see what suites your needs.

10. What else can I make in Angaar oven besides chapati?

This electric oven is very versatile. It pretty much bakes every thing that a traditional brick oven would make. We have listed a few items below along with the correct temperature and time setting, that you can make using our amazing Angaar tandoor.

11. Can I use Angaar Oven for commercial purposes?

Angaar oven is only meant for non-commercial use. It is not designed to be used in commercial capacity.
