Refund policy
NOTE: This policy ONLY applies to Mini Tandoor product.
Seven days product reliability warranty applies to Angaar Tandoor. In case product stops working , replacement unit will be provided. After seven days, parts replacement will be considered until 6 months from the date of purchase. Please be noted that the front glass of oven is tempered so no replacements will be provided. However, it can be purchased separately.
USA orders are NOT eligible for returns.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be un-used and not damaged
- In its original un-damaged packaging
- Must be returned with all its contents
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at angaartandoor@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, customer will be paying for shipping fees of both sides i.e.; package delivery to customer and package return to seller. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
